Sessions are booked in 30 minute increments, our most popular sessions are typically 1-2 hours for solo players, 2-3 hours for pairs & 3 players, and 4 hours + for groups of 4 or more. Allowing 1 hour per player to play 18 holes is a fair assumption. Naturally this is based on speed of play and whether you are putting or not. It can be done quicker with auto putt on, but better to allow enough time than too little.

Most sessions are booked 1–7 days in advance, but we recommend booking early — especially for weekends and evenings — to secure your preferred slot.

No, as an umanned venue all bookings must be made online via our booking platform. 

Yes — please refer to our cancellation policy on the booking page. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to other golfers.

We’re based at Unit 20, Faraday Park, West Portway Business Park, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3SA — with free parking on site.

We’re open 7 days a week, 8am–9pm, all year round — including bank holidays. Rain or shine, The Swing Lab is always ready. We are only usually closed for 2 days a year, save for certain circumstances.

Yes — The Swing Lab is an exclusive-use facility. When you book, the entire bay is yours. There are no other golfers, no distractions, just you and the game.

Our bay measures 5.4m wide x 6m deep x 3m high — giving you plenty of room for full, uninhibited swings whether you’re right or left-handed.

Yes — the bay is fully climate-controlled, so it’s comfortable to play in all seasons, whatever the weather outside.

In truth, up to 6 is the most practical due to the time in between shots, 4 is perfect, 6 is fine. 8 will require a long time period.
